Formalisation of financing agreements and technical instrumentation services
ICO
The ICO is responsible for formalizing, in the name and on behalf of the Government of Spain, the financing agreements that the FCAS establishes with the Fund’s beneficiary entities. It also provides financial services related to the operations authorized under the Fund, being compensated by the FCAS for the expenses incurred in performing these functions.
